its Health, Wealth and Education verticals. These Terms & Conditions govern

1) About Mitesh Consulting
Mitesh Consulting is a relationship-oriented consulting and facilitation platform intended to help individuals and families understand available options and make informed
decisions across different stages of life.
Our primary philosophy is:

Our services may include insurance-related assistance, claims support, financial-product facilitation, education-related admission and counselling support, and other services offered through or in association with relevant partners.
2) No Service Fee to Clients
Mitesh Consulting does not charge its clients any service, consultation or facilitation fee for the services provided through its business activities, unless a specific service is
expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Where applicable, Mitesh Consulting may receive remuneration, commission or other compensation from relevant authorised partners, platforms, intermediaries or service providers in accordance with their applicable arrangements. Such partner remuneration does not constitute a fee charged by Mitesh Consulting to the client.
Clients are not required to make any separate payment to Mitesh Consulting for the assistance provided under the applicable services.
3) Insurance Services
Insurance-related services provided by Mitesh Consulting are subject to the applicable laws, regulations,guidelines and terms of the respective insurance companies and authorised intermediaries/platforms.
Where applicable, Mitesh Consulting may act as an authorised Point of Sales Person (POSP) associated with Turtlemint Insurance Broking Services Private Limited.
Mitesh Consulting may assist clients in understanding and comparing available insurance options. However, the final decision to purchase an insurance policy rests entirely with the client.
Insurance coverage, premium, eligibility, underwriting, acceptance, exclusions, waiting periods, terms, conditions and benefits are determined by the respective insurance
company and the policy contract.
Insurance is subject to terms, conditions, exclusions and applicable underwriting guidelines.
4) Insurance Claims Support
Mitesh Consulting may provide general assistance and guidance to policyholders regarding insurance claims and may facilitate access to claim-support services through its
authorised association with Insurance Samadhan, where applicable.
Claim acceptance, rejection, settlement amount, processing time and other claim-related decisions are ultimately determined by the concerned insurance company and/or authorised claims authority in accordance with the applicable policy terms and regulations.
Mitesh Consulting does not guarantee approval, settlement or a particular outcome of any insurance claim.
5) Wealth-Related Services
Information, facilitation or assistance relating to financial products or services may include, where applicable, mutual funds, loans, credit cards, home loans, business loans, credit-related services and other financial offerings. The availability and suitability of any financial product or service depend upon the individual’s eligibility,
financial circumstances, applicable regulations and the terms of the respective product/service provider.
Where regulated financial products are involved, the applicable regulatory requirements, disclosures and product-specific terms shall prevail.
Investment-related decisions involve risk. Past performance, where applicable, should not be considered a guarantee of future performance.
Clients should carefully read all relevant offer documents, scheme information, product literature, terms and conditions and applicable disclosures before making any investment or financial decision.
6) Education Services
Mitesh Consulting may provide education-related admission assistance, counselling and comparison support for higher education programmes through relevant educational institutions, platforms and business partners.
The final decision regarding admission, programme selection, institution, mode of study, fees, eligibility, accreditation, recognition and other academic matters rests with the student and/or the concerned institution or education provider.
Mitesh Consulting does not guarantee admission, employment, salary, academic results or any other particular outcome.
7) Information on This Website

- approval or settlement of an insurance claim;
- approval of any loan or credit facility;
- approval or issuance of a credit card;
- investment returns;
- admission to any educational institution or programme;
- employment or career outcomes; or any specific financial or educational outcome .
- Client’s Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information wherever required .
Clients should carefully review all documents, application forms, policy documents, financial product documents, educational programme details, terms and conditions, exclusions, disclosures and other relevant information before proceeding.
Any decision made by a client is ultimately the client’s own responsibility .
- Third-Party Providers
Mitesh Consulting may work with or provide access to third-party companies, platforms, insurers, financial service providers, educational institutions and other service providers.
Mitesh Consulting does not control the independent operations, policies, pricing, terms or decisions of such third parties.
Any transaction, purchase, application, admission or service obtained from a third-party provider may be subject to that provider’s own terms and conditions and privacy policies.
